Supporting Your Organisation with Diversity & Inclusion in Mind

We strive to inspire innovative progression of representation and diversity in the arts - both on stage and in the audience. We aim to support performing arts organisations by creating a diverse, representative workforce and audience base.

Our consultants work closely with leaders and their teams to analyse an organisation’s current standing with diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We focus on practical, implementable strategies with an intersectional approach. These tools and solutions help foster consistent, positive movement toward a more inclusive space for everyone involved.

“If you want to go quick, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
— African Proverb

Spotlight Inclusion’s Values

  • Thoughtful representation within your organisation elevates both team performance and audience engagement. Hearing the voices and seeing the faces of marginalised groups propels positive change.

  • Being inclusive means more than simply having diverse talent. Committing to a work culture of belonging, where people can show up as authentic versions of themselves, is part of the process.

  • We grow and adapt through creative, artistic expressions to fully represent those who participate in the arts and those who observe the stories we tell.

  • When we listen to and learn about each other, we broaden our perspective and deepen our connection - inside and outside of our workplace. We shape our work culture to represent us in our uniqueness.
